Gloria Adoyi works under the reproductive health unit of Nigeria’s Population Council as a Program Manager. Through her role in Population Council, she successfully facilitated the harmonization of National training manuals and job aids for different cadre of service providers on the prevention and management of pre-eclampsia/eclampsia in Nigeria. She is an advocate for improved budget allocation to maternal health.

Gloria has vast knowledge in Monitoring and Evaluation having nurtured her years of experience in budget monitoring, tracking and analysis in Maternal Health for over 14 years in Nigeria. She has expertise in quality improvement in maternal and child health having been trained at the Liverpool School of Tropical medicine, UK. She is skilled at managing collaborative projects with bilateral donors, foundations and Ministries of Health.

She has a degree in Microbiology from Bayero University Kano State and MSC in Pharmaceutical Microbiology, at the School of Postgraduate Studies, Bayero University Kano.
