Dr. Rajesh has joined Forum for Safe Motherhood recently. He works as the Provincial Coordinator in Sindh Provine under the ‘Family Planning to achieve “’What Women Want” project. He is highly dedicated and resourceful professional with extensive experience in humanitarian and development settings. Proven expertise in supporting surveillance activities for AFP and VPD diseases to attain certification standards by creating micro plans for implementation of RED approach. Dr.Rajesh has expertly worked on polio eradication in Pakistan and educated over 1500 LHWs while providing orientation to medical officers, including health Staff of Thatta and Mirpurkhas Division, he ensured zero refusals in Mirpurkhas Division for OPV administration by conducting over 200 community awareness sessions on health and hygiene in remote/desert areas.
