National Safe Motherhood Day: Ten Years of Igniting Commitment and Action
The White Ribbon Alliance - India will celebrate ten years of igniting commitment and action on National Safe Motherhood Day. Several events and activities around the country will be held to commemorate this special day, including a one-day workshop sponsored by the WRA-India Orissa Chapter on their 2009 theme Quality Maternal Health Care - Every Woman's Right.
